Rich has been working as a construction manager since 2003. He is driven to complete a home but more importantly, to see out the vision of every project. Rich has also worked with Habitat for Humanity and is a LEED certified AP, a green building leadership certification. LEED is transforming the way we think about how buildings and communities are designed, constructed, maintained and operated. Rich works and communicates with the architect, designers, and clients to create a home that exceeds expectations.
What path brought you here?
My backyard growing up was the New York skyline, which was great, but my passion is with Montana’s big sky.
What’s your favorite outdoor activity?
I love doing anything outdoors. I’ve spent my former life as an outdoor adventure guide and long-distance hiker: running rivers, snowboarding, and completing through hikes of both the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail.
What can most people do that you cannot?
Go to a fast food drive-through.
What food is always in your fridge?
Homegrown food from my garden.
